instant messenging

got familar with instant messenging . this web site to me is more like face book to me it is all chatting between friends. this is communication between two are more people based on typed text. I like the fact that it is good for file transfer, contact lists and ability to have conversations with friends and friends of friends. It allows all friends to have connection using this network. will come to great use in the library system.
